Order Confirmation: 

Once you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This indicates that we have received your order and that we have pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. 

Once we receive the order, we immediately ensure that your order is in stock and available to be shipped out. If the product you ordered is shown to be back-ordered or unavailable we will proceed by voiding the pre-authorization of your payment method and reach out to you via email or phone call. 

If the item you ordered is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will move forward by processing the charges and begin to prepare your order. 

Order Shipment: 

Your order will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your order if your order is in stock and once we process the charges to your payment method.

A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address provided at checkout within 24 hours once your order has left the warehouse.

If for some reason you have not received your shipping confirmation from us within four days from the date you ordered from us, please email us at support@boatdaysupply.com.

International Orders: 

Please be aware that our products are made specifically for the  United States of America market. 

Our products have generally not been certified for use with other countries electrical safety standards but all of our products are certified to  United States of America standards.

We stand fully by each product we sell! We understand that your mind can change or you realize what you have ordered was not exactly the product you were hoping for. 

So.... we offer a 30 Day Return Policy. 

If a decision is made that you want to return a product for any reason, we offer you 30 days from the day after receipt to return your item. Email us at support@boatdaysupply.com with your order number and we will provide you detailed instructions to process the return. 

Note: the responsible party for paying for the return shipping costs will be you, the customer. 

An email notification of initiation of processing the return payment will be sent once your item has been received and inspected at the warehouse it was sent from. 

In order to receive a full refund for the item(s) you ordered, they must arrive to our distribution center in a "Like New" condition and contain all original accessories and packaging.  

What does "Like New" mean? It means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of wear. 

Returned items with visual signs of wear or any issues due to use will not warrant a refund and will not be accepted.

Damages 

If you receive the product damaged, you must take photos immediately when signing for delivery or day of delivery and send photos to support@boatdaysupply.com. 

Boat Day Supply will cover the shipping costs for damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise at our cost. 

Keep in mind to hold on to all original packaging and accessories that comes with the item you ordered. Our customer service department will authorize the return prior to being processed. 

We will assure you that the product you ordered will be resent to you undamaged and as soon as possible. Items damaged after use are non-refundable. 

Items that have been reported delivered by the shipping company gives responsibility to the customer to locate their item. If for any reason your item is not delivered to the address as ordered, contact our team using our Contact Us page and we will review the shipment details. 

Note: Delivery of the item to the address provided in the order will ensure our team that it has been placed by the shipping company accordingly. Lost or stolen packaging is the responsibility of the customer and a reimbursement or shipment of a new product will not be provided by our company. 

Cancellations 

Please contact as soon as you decide you would liked to cancel an order to avoid return shipping fees. 

Full refunds will be distributed if cancellations are made before shipment. 

Our 30 Day Return Policy will be followed if orders are canceled after items have been shipped. These orders will be subject to return shipping costs. 

Other Return Policy Notes: 

  • If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions or in the product-specific return information. 
  • Products that are specified as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for a return.
  • Boat Day Supply only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
